Nancy Liang

Nancy Liang serves as a Managing Consultant in Trinity’s Kansas City office, serving clients for over 10 years in environmental and process safety consulting. Nancy assists clients with Process Safety Management / Risk Management program implementation, including Offsite Consequence Analysis modeling, Emergency Response requirements, Prevention Program gap analysis and element development, Risk Management Plan updates, and Enforcement support. Nancy has led Compliance Audits in various industries. Nancy also received formal training on Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies and other Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) techniques. She has facilitated multiple PHAs for anhydrous ammonia systems at chemical manufacturing and power generation sites, hydrogen generational plants, flammable gas and liquid storage and distribution systems, and covered processes in chemical manufacturing industries. Nancy earned a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, and a M.S. degree in Engineering Management. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Kansas and Missouri. Nancy currently lives in Overland Park, Kansas with her partner Corey, their daughter Evelyn, and son Parker. She enjoys weekend hikes and planning the next family vacation. She also loves to cook, especially Chinese food, which reminds her of growing up in China.
