David Minnick

Dave Minnick is a research investigator for DuPont. He is located at the Washington Works manufacturing site in Parkersburg, WV, where he supports the Delrin® business unit. As a research scientist, Dave’s R&D work is focused on developing and implementing manufacturing process technology concepts which deliver variable cost reduction and sustainability benefits. Prior to joining DuPont, Dave worked as a research investigator for Battelle Memorial Institute and completed a post-doctoral fellowship with Mark Shiflett at the University of Kansas. Dave holds a B.S. in chemistry from Creighton University (2010) and a Ph.D. in chemical and petroleum engineering from the University of Kansas (2016). Dave currently lives in Marietta, OH with his wife Lawren.
