Alliance Power, Inc. ("Alliance") is headquartered in Centennial, Colorado and was formed in 1999 to develop and commercialize new, innovative, and sustainable energy technologies.  Alliance is an experienced power project developer, and design, procurement, construction, and asset manager with numerous projects for both utility and corporate clients using a variety of new technologies.  Since 1999, Alliance has been involved in successfully implementing emerging technologies in solar, wind, utility-scale battery energy storage systems, fuel cell power systems, alternative fuel engine electrical generation, and biomass to liquid fuel projects. Alliance currently has partial ownership and is the Managing Member for a 94 MW wind farm in Logan County, Colorado.
